1. Scope
This policy applies to the Coin-AI official website and its brand-consultation function. A separate notice may apply when you communicate with us by telephone, enterprise WeChat or at an offline event. Third-party websites and platforms are governed by their own privacy terms.
2. Information we handle
- Information you submit: your business need, telephone number, selected language and the time at which you consent to consultation contact.
- Consultation context: the submitting page, service or business stage you were viewing, and referring page, so we can understand the request and route it to the right colleague.
- Security and operational data: to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, we may process a keyed cryptographic digest derived from a network address, submission time, basic request logs and necessary diagnostic data. The digest is not used to identify you in the real world.
- Follow-up communications: if you continue by phone or enterprise WeChat, we handle the records needed to complete that consultation. Please do not include identity documents, bank-card details, passwords or other unrelated sensitive information in the need field.
3. Purposes and methods
An automated system receives and routes a consultation; authorised staff conduct the follow-up. If we later wish to use consultation information for marketing unrelated to your request, we will provide a separate notice and obtain consent where required.
- Receive, assess and respond to brand consultations and arrange contact by the relevant service team;
- Notify authorised staff of a new consultation internally or through the configured enterprise-messaging service;
- Detect duplicate or abnormal submissions and protect the website, database and administration system;
- Diagnose faults, retain necessary business records and comply with applicable law.
4. Retention
We keep personal information only for the shortest period needed for the purposes above. Consultation records are generally kept until the consultation, necessary follow-up and any dispute handling are complete. Security digests and technical logs are cleared regularly under operational settings. Where law requires retention, or a record is needed to resolve a dispute, it is kept for that applicable period and then deleted or anonymised. If production backups are retained, they are isolated and expire through the backup-rotation process.
5. Processors, sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. To operate the website and respond promptly, we may engage providers of cloud hosting, databases, storage, logging, security protection and enterprise-message notifications to process only the information necessary for those functions. We restrict their use through contracts, permissions and security measures. Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary service providers acting within their responsibilities.
Storage locations and providers depend on the final production deployment. If an actual deployment involves an international transfer that requires notice, separate consent or another legal procedure, we will provide the required details about the recipient, purpose, method, information categories and exercise of rights before the transfer and complete the required procedure.
6. Security
We use access controls, authentication, transmission safeguards, audit logs, submission-rate limits and data minimisation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial measures and provide notice or make reports as required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction, completion or deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent to consultation contact, restrict or object to particular processing, and ask us to explain our rules. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Call +86 170 6666 6105 or +86 180 0247 1913 and identify your request as relating to a website consultation. To protect the information, we may verify details necessary to match the original submission. We will respond within the period required by law or a reasonable period, subject to lawful exceptions.
8. Children
The website is intended for fashion brands and other business customers, not children. A child should not submit consultation information independently. If you believe a child submitted information without a guardian’s consent, please contact us using the details in this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our processing, website functions or applicable law materially change. We will provide a prominent website notice for material updates. Where renewed consent is required, we will obtain it before the relevant processing begins.
